Comments: Very hard show to film as I was around all the people going crazy. This is a cool tape to watch though as you totally feel the vibe.
Show Notes:
– The covers medley started with Welcome To The Jungle by Guns’N’Roses, continued with Heart-Shaped Box and Smells Like Teen Spirit by Nirvana (all until the first chorus) and finished with the Intro of Metallica’s ‘Master Of Puppets’.
– ‘The Channel’ was supposed to be premiered at this show and the band even posted a short tease clip of John jamming the song before the show, but the band dropped it during the show. The song was premiered two days later in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Other Notes:
– This show sold out two months in advance. 4000 people were in attendance.
